Absence of law in leather industry

The biggest problem of Pakistan s leather industry is the absences of law some how on international level their is some existence of law but when we talk  about on national level most of leather merchants faces allot of problems because of absences of law their is no rule and regulation occur and leather merchants faces great losses and because of this leave this business and start another business.
